ToolBox Bitmap Editor For UserControls

For those who write a lot of UserControls, this may be useful. It's
a drawing program tailored just for 16x15 bitmaps, which is what the
help says should be used for the ToolBoxBitMap property of UserControls.
The lower left pixel color defines the transparent color. This app will show
the bitmap as it will appear in the IDE's Toolbox.

I change it to VB6-Addins. It can edit several UserControls in one time, now.
