link I can't find from here

Man I hate it when this happens. Someone, I can't remember who, posted a link to a prog they made to open up several web pages in different windows when he/she runs it. I, of course, forgot the URL. If any one remembers this link and can give me the link or the topic it was in, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
