Easy question on DX

Sorry, but I'm to lazy to read a whole tutorial on DX just to do this... I need the DX Plug I'm posting here, but in windowed mode! Can someone please do it for me?

Thanks... but actually, I needed someone to convert it to Windowed Mode because I've been told that you also need to Blt differently or something... see what I mean? It would be easy for someone with experience in DX to do it, but I'd have to read a huge article covering all aspects of DX!
