Perhaps it is a hang over from Irene...I'm not having any issues at all in this part of the country.
Is (or did) anyone else have trouble accessing the forum? If so, please respond to this thread or email me at webmaster@ this forum's domain name if you are still having trouble.

I'm currently getting slow loading (over 10 seconds), the majority of which the statusbar says "waiting for www.vbforums.com"
It's a bit better at this point but waiting time is still longer than usual (10 sec on avg).
Very slow here.
about 60-90 minutes ago I was... still a little slow, but not like it was....

That's sort of funny: after posting it site became noticeably faster; I'll keep it open for awhile.
It's 9/29 and the site at 8:45 AM EST is horrible slow. I can go get a cup of coffe between any click.
same here... been experincing a number of "Service Unavailable" errors (503 I think it is)...

I've asked the admins if something is happening on the servers. I've not gotten an answer yet. I'll let you know if I learn anything.

Seems to be running a bit better now (10:30 EST)
Heidi took care of the issue.
Entire site was unaccessible from (aprox) 7:30am and 8:30am and now it's quite slow.
It must be the "trick" since VBF can't give us a "treat" ... been better the last half hour though... we'll see how long that lasts...

I got a 503 error once in the morning and once early afternoon but was not paying attention to the times.
