[VB6] - Fix Some UI Problems or Manifest Resource Limitations

Previously please note, the main module belongs to Eduardo A. Morcillo and Vlad Vissoultchev, I just make the Add-ins only. Thank you.

It seems that the manifest is a must in making a project using Visual Basic 6.0, but the manifest brings its own problems, including:

• Flicker on the frame at _MouseMove () event.
• The loss of mnemonic (Underline Shortcut)
• CommandButton within the frame is not drawn correctly
• OptionButton within the frame is not drawn correctly
• CommandButton with propery style = 1 - Graphical could not XP themed.

By using the module's Eduardo and Vlad, all resolved, now you can watch the XP style, without bonus 'the ugly border' etc. Enjoy.

The problem now, what if we have many projects? Do we have to insert them one by one? maybe this tool can help.

• Just compile it and register it.
• Make new project or load from existing files.
• Remember to add a manifest resource before.
• Refer to Addins menu you see will theBatch menu. click and ..
• generate code ..
• Compile or recompile and see the difference. :)
