$40 MS access coding question!!!

Hello,

I am trying to create input field where if managers know that budget is same for next 4 quarters, then they would enter 4 and record will be populated four times while only change will be incremental increase in quarters. If somebody can provide me with a code to do this, I will pay that person $40 through paypal to show my appreciation. I've attached my ms access.
