HELP! Im getting weird things in my program and it wont work anymore

Hey guys,
I am making a game with some friends, and i decided to make the gui.
Everything was alright (yea yea yea) and some things stopped with working and i was like huh, and i tried to solve the problems and i was getting weird things in my vb.:sick:
Now i have a question, can someone fix this for me and tell me how you fixed it or tell me how i can fix it...

I really don't want to download an 18MB file. Tell us what the problem is, describe, provide pictures etc... whatever you think will help.

it is hard to explain, but the create account system, inlog system and the option system dont work anymore and i get an "error" at visual basics that i need to do something or everything in a form will be deleted...
btw i will re upload it and now at wetransfer (special for big files).
and i get erros that i have opened the program already but i didnt...
