VS 2008 - need help asap (newbie)

hey guys iim doing this project that gives a list of food items form the nutrient i select. So to select the nutrient im creating a list box. SO when i select one of the nutrients, I get number of food items that have that nutrient. Any way I can do this guys?. Also please help me with the code for it as u can see im am new to visual basic. I would also appreciate a faster responce for this. thx alot :)
