The problem with people eating at fast food places is that there's no moderation, a lot of people have trouble ordering a small size (I know I do), and when it comes to getting your chicken fried or grilled we go for the fried stuff. There's lots of healthier choices on fast food menus that most people just don't take simply because they go to these places to get the food that's bad for them. Not only that but how many people eat until they are just stuffed, rather than eating only what they need? That was my biggest hurdle when I started trying to lose weight, simply overeating is enough to cause you to pack on pounds.
