Reboot Program Router Hercules HWNU-300

Hi

I'm looking for a small program that can reboot a Hercules HWNU-300 router. Instead of going to the router and do it manually, it would save me a lot of time.

i using ZyXel modem.For restart im using telnet
example:
telnet o 192.168.1.1
password:****
wan adsl reset
when i do this.İts change ip adress because dynamic ip :)
Maybe your router too uses telnet ?
