Simple question related to vb express 2010

Hey again folks, this has been puzzling me for a while, i have simply no idea why on earth when im in the code section, i can scroll just fine but if i click the mouse wheel and try to scroll like that it does not work....
you know like you click on the middle mouse button and then you place the mouse further down or further up depending of what scroll speed you like, is there any explanation of why this is not available?

Btw, the Middle click is ignored by default.

thanks mate, thats much better now, sad that they did not include it by default and i still see no reason why, on my laptop i can autoscroll just fine with the touchpad
