Printing RichTextBox

I am following this thread

but when I print the page is blank. Even though there is text in the RTB. What am I missing

did you use the extended rtb control?

I was thinking that but I don't see the extended RTB, it is not in my lists of controls that I can see

you need to add the ex. rtb class to your project. run the project, then stop it, + you'll find the ex. rtb control at the top of your toolbox

ok, I added it, changed my code to load the box and still prints empty pages
