Is there anymore File Downlers like Scour and Cutemx?

They are all shut down and I want to know if there are anymore..........Does anyone have any ideas?

Try bearshare, aimster or audiogalaxy. These are the best programs I have come across since scour died a painful death. Download.com is a good place to get them. Other than of course FTP.
