Help with viewing you tube videos

:cry:Every time I go on you tube it won't let me watch videos. It will start and stop like it is skipping. Can anyone help?

Or is this happening ONLY to youtube ? There are other similar sites, does it happen to those too ?

As Michael asks does it only occur with youtube or the other sites too? How fast is your internet connection?
