BBC Radio 1 - World's longest radio show - for charity!
If you live in the UK then you've probably heard about this already. Chris Moyles and Dave Vitty have been presenting a single radio show for more than 38 hours now - breaking the previous station record of 37 hours set in 1999.
They've raised over a MILLION POUNDS for "Comic Relief" - which is a charity that helps many countries around the world.
Since they've broken the 37 hour record, they are now aiming at the WORLD record - 52 hours on air without interruption!
You can check it out on Sirius radio if you're outside the UK. In the UK BBC Radio 1 is on 96-99 FM.
I've given them some cash over the last couple of days, why not help these guys out?

Good cause, but the other side of the channel has been doing that for years:

I caught some sections of that show on Sirius XM. It will end when they reach the 1.5 million mark. Right now they are at 1.3 something.

Serious Request is a similar action where 3 dj's stay in a house for 6 days without food to make non-stop radio (of course they are not all on air non-stop, they switch it up). They've been doing it for 7 or 8 years now I think, they made over 7 million euros last year :) These things really work!

In the end they managed £2.4M, the last 0.5M was because Fearne Cotton said she'd do her show in a swimsuit on live streaming webcam.
Win,
