all those unused accounts (again)
i realize no one wants to delete them, however i just came across a different solution while browsing a forum post about the forum software you use.
It turns out you can actually hide accounts from the community list if they have no posts. The account is still there, but it's not clogging up the users list.
Is that an option you would like to pursue? -John
Re: all those unused accounts (again)
Yeah, that would be easier than always searching for members with greater than 0 posts, etc.
Re: all those unused accounts (again)
If they have no posts, or if they have not been used?
Lots of people lurk and don't post. No reason to hide their accounts. It is the abandoned members that never used the account that actually get in they way the most.
I leave it to Joe and the moderator staff to discuss what should (or shouldn't) be hidden overall.
Brad!
Re: all those unused accounts (again)
I guess the safest bet would be no posts + never been used (Just 1 login and that is on the account creation date).

Re: all those unused accounts (again)
They're not doing anything to harm the site in any way. All you have to do is order by posts when searching the member list.
Re: all those unused accounts (again)
do they affect ad revenue?
