Writing the codes

My project is due next week and im stuck with how to write the codes. Can someone please tell me how to start writing the codes?? thank you

if i need to figure out the payments and i can fill in the interests + per year how do i make all of them in a code

What exactly is it that you're having trouble with: your question reads as though you've no idea where to even start with programming, to the extent that you don't even have a development environment. And yet you've a project due in a week's time?
