[RESOLVED] Background color of environment
Hi, I've used VS 2010 for the first time today (previously VS 2005).
The background color of the IDE is very dark - a very dark blue. When you open pages the tabs for each page are invisible - all you ca see is the page name.
Can you change this color? I've gone to Tools | Options | Envirnonment | Fonts and Colors ... and a 'Show settings for:' dropdownlist is displayed.
What is the name of the 'main' window? It lists Watch Windows, Command Window, Find Results Window, Immediate Window etc. but none of the seem to be the main environment window. How can I change the color of this?
Thanks for any help.
Re: Background color of environment
Hello,
Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing? I have been using the default settings in Visual Studio 2010 and I can't say that I have seen any problems with the colour scheme that has been chosen.

I want to change the dark colour around the whole window - as it is the tabs for each page (across the top) don't show up.

Not a problem at all. Let me know how you get on with it.
And if your question has been answered, can you remember to mark your thread as resolved.
Thanks
