Excel formatting 2007

Hello Everyone:

I am trying to change this (00h 07m 08.8s) so that the h’s m’s & s’s are like they are like they are a number that is squared or raised to a power? I tried coping it but the format changed.

i don't know that you can use superscript characters in a cells number format, unless you can find a font that has characters like that, the arial set has the m only, which is a unicode character

Please note that I am assuming that the format is the same as 00h 00m 00.0s

Please note it won't work for formats like

0h 0m 0s
00h 00m 00.00s

The 'h' should be the 3rd character
The 'm' should be the 7th character
The 's' should be the 13th character
