Data Report title manipulation

Folks - I need a hint here. I am using the Data Environment and Data Report to create reports. I need to be able to alter the labels or text boxes in the report header at run-time - e.g. the user can filter records by year and I want the report title to be something like "INVENTORY - <selected year>"

I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the label at run time. :confused:

Someone help?
