Mouse Wheel?!?!?!?

Can anyone tell me how to disable the mouse wheel ?

In your app? Or system wide?

If in your App, just SubClass your window to catch the WM_MOUSEWHEEL message.

Its just for my app.

How do i subclass my window to catch the event??
