toolbox controls installer

I used MSChart control in an ASP.NET application in VS 2008. When we deploy it on the serve, we are also trying to install MSChart and the add on control

but we get the error while trying to install the add-on - 2nd link

The toolbox controls installer must be installed before running this installer.
Please suggest what do we exactly need to install?
I browsed msdn but I'm not much clear.
