I didn't know that they hadnt included it in 2010 actually but in a way I'm glad they didn't. I cant see this other upgrader that you linked to upgrading VB6 to VB.NET particularly well either though... I mean its fine just replacing class names and keywords etc but you just end up with a .NET program that compiles but is quite badly written and inefficient.
