I need disabler for bloking keyboard and mouse

how can i do it ?

Why do you want to block the keyboard and the mouse?

I am making a security tool... so if the computer has a risk then lock keyboard and mouse...

:confused: If the computer has a "risk", and the keyboard and mouse are locked, how is the person supposed to get rid of the "risk"? That doesn't make any sense...
