[VS2008] Convert VGA to WVGA in VB.NET

Hi. Im programing to Windows mobile 6 professional VGA devices in Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET.

I want to make my programs compatible to WVGA (and later QVGA).

To go from VGA (height 600px) to WVGA(800px) is needed to change all the form design or is any way i could make that all design height goes multiply for (800/640)?
