Yoo Man or whatever ;)
I have been reading a book about making components in VB6.
In it it was an example of a usercontrol that used a label and a textbox.
Great I though since almost whenever you use a textbox there is a label that explains what its there for.
This control combined them so that I only had to draw one contrrol and Bang there I had a textbox and a label.
It has a property that defines how far apart the label will be from the textbox.
And here the problem begins.
When I draw the control the label is separated from the textbox, but when I run my project then the textbox suddenly cover half the label!?!?
Finaly I went crazy and copied the code straight from the companion CD and still the same problem!
Does anybody have time to check this control to see where the problem might be?
Ooohh one thing, I use VB5 SP3 and the book is about VB6. Is there a difference in VB5 and VB6 when making usercontrols??
Mail me or put an answer here and I will mail you the project, if you think you can help me.
:( Please Help me :(
