I misspell a lot of my words.
In school, I had to learn the Brit spelling and I am used to using it all over my correspondence.

I rely on the spell checker to change it, before I hit the send button. :-)

I'll misspell 'friend' as 'fried' in .Net

Looks like we're talking about typos rather than actual misspellings. I regularly mistype "from" as "form".

I also have difficulty with floccinaucinihilipilification.

Methylcyclopentadienyl(trimethyl)platinum, or (CH₃)CpPt(CH₃)₃ for short. I don't even know how to pronounce it properly.

I also do misspell a lo of words and spell checker helps a lot, but I have recently understood that without spell checker my writing is so damn bad, so now I am correcting my mistakes by myself and it improves my writing!
