I wish to create a paypal account. Which type of account shall I have to choose.? I will be using this paypal for paying my website's hosting fees, will be accepting donations through my website, accepting money from my customers who will buy my software products through my website, etc.
Please advice me.

Oh Personal seems to have a limit on the amount of money one can receive in a year.

I don't know about that as I don't have a Business Paypal account. Personal works for me though.. not that I'm receiving donations at the moment.

A personal Paypal account is fine for all that you want to do.
I have a personal PP account, linked to a bank account. I am actually an online retailer, and can accept payments via Paypal, with no limit to how much money I can recieve into the Paypal account.
