hello talented guys
when ever i setup any vb based program like it is made from setup builder of vb's default inbuilt setup builder so that type of setup can not run in my notebook it shows the below error can any body suggest me solution ?

What OS are you running? By the looks of the theme it could be Win98 or older (or XP with classic theme).
Did you try creating and installer with any other tools (InstallShield, NSIS, Inno Setup...)? (all of which are way better than VB's Package And Deployment Wizard, by the way)

Where, on the target PC, are you attempting to install the program?
i have xp sp2 with classic theme and in every vb based installation program gives me this error
and i m making but i m a end user and i can surely say that this problem is not occuring with any inno setup or other setup wizard but this happens with only vb's built in wizard problem
