You don't :)
We've pretty much dropped VBWire. Alternatively, we are covering news items on our core sites now. You'll find that there is a news section on Codeguru that covers Microsoft news items specifically. You can submit your news item to the site editor there and they will consider adding it to the site. webmaster <at> codeguru <do.t> com. If you are providing news on an enterprise development level product, then you can consider DevX too.
