If you already know how to record from mic, then all you have to do is to tell windows that you want to record from "Wave Out"
If you go to your windows volume (the speaker icon in the tray beside the clock), and double click on it, then go to "Options" in the menu, and click on "Properties". A new window should apear titled "Properties". Click on "Recording", and see the list you have below.
The problem is that every sound card has a diferent list, and different names. On my computer I have "Wave Out Mix", when I select that and click OK, then it the volume control changes to "Recording Control", now you can select the "Wave Out Mix".
So now windows will record whatever sound is playing on your computer.
If you don't have the same options in your Volume Control window, just post screen shots of it, and we will tell you what to select.
well under recording i have two different Microphones? o im using vista btw...
Well can i do it in VB like-have a button that says record from speakers and one that says record from mic?
