MY SQL Image Store

Hi,

I am using MYSQL with VB 6.0. We have fedora11 my sql (version 5.1.32).

We have an client server application, server is located at another end of an intranet and the nodes are connected from different ends of intranet.

In this modal, I need to store image of the student from one node that has to be accessed / Changed / by other nodes. If I have only one system I can store the path of the image. But it is a remote server, i can not store the PATH simply.

Because of this i would like to go for an another modal of storing image itself into the DB

I would like to know how VB 6.0 will handle this modal.

Please give your valuable input on this issue.
