Help with Reports
Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to VB2008, so am struggling with making a report for my project, have looked at Microsoft report viewer and crystal reports (the latter being totaly confusing).
My project is a Digital Flight Logbook, and is for pilots to keep records, this program will make inserting each flight easier and will negate having to write up the logbook manualy (this is a big task for professional pilots)
So that is the background info.
Each logbook entry has about 8-10 items starting with the date and there are also numeric collums that need to be totalled at the bottom of each printed page.
The page needs to be landscape to accomodate the number of collums.
It would be also benifical to be able to limit the number of rows at each printing.
With this infomation is anybody able to advise my on the best course of action.
As I have said I am quite new to VB2008, but are willing to learn.
Thank You
