[RESOLVED] attachment(where e uploda the files) window problem:(

in Attachments theres 1 problem, i belive.
sometimes, not always, when i click in search button("Procurar", in portuguese) i recive an error:(
(sorry i'm having the same problem for put the image, for show you the error:()
my Internet Explorer is the 8.

What's the problem adding an attachment or search for an attachment?

the window is open normaly. but when i click in button for search the file in my pc, (not always, but sometimes or almost the time) my windows report an error:(

if i close the attachament window, the internet explorer(every windows) just close it:(

Does the problem happen if you use a different browser such as fire fox?

Try a different browser and see if the problem still occurs.

I just tried in fire fox and was able to upload an attachment.

Need to determine if its the file location or if its the browser. Try uploading an attachment from various locations. Make sure you have all the latest ms hotfixes too.

Do what RobDog888 said and install Windows updates and see if that solves your problem.

Failing that try the suggestion below.

Edit:
Download another non-ie browser and see if the problem still occurs if it does then it is most likely the file location causing the problem.

i belive that i know what was the problem: i think that was my internet, because my internet is very slow. and maybe(not sure:() is that i have the updates dones.
is why, now, i don't get the error;)
