Rate some body ?

i want to rate for kleima for instance. But when i rate second times. IT SHOWS A WARNING :

i DONT UNDERSTAND CLEARLY "SPREAD" WORD INSPITE I FOUND IN THE DICTIONNARY.

It means you have to give reputation to other people before giving it back to him.

This prevents people from creating multiple accounts and getting their reputation eally high by spamming it. Among other things, anyway.
