Live Web Cam Streaming

Hi all i`m trying to stream my webcam video to the internet so i can be able to see my web cam at home from my office.

Is it possible to do this using VB.net or i have to switch to ASP.net?

Also does anyone have any articles,web sites regarding this subject?

I have no idea about live streaming and i need to read and understand how it works first...

Sure you can via VB.NET. You can use the Windows Media Encoder SDK for it.
You also can download the Windows Media Encoder which is a out of the box solution.
