TextPad

weehhHHH! i downloaded TextPad v5.0.3 in the net.. and when i started to run my program like pressing ctrl+1 it wont run.. is there anything wrong... the TextPad in our school will do run...

Do you have the jdk installed on your computer?
And did you setup the classpath and path system variables to point to the jdk installation?

I once had exactly the same problem as this member had described. The TextPad at our lab was doing it all while the one I downloaded didn't do it.

Your response was the simple solution for me. I had the jdk installed, but did not set the classpath. When I eventually set the classpath, the TextPad programme started working well.
