Site Map Crawler/Generator

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knew of a script which would crawl my website and check for any new pages that have been added and generate a XML sitemap which would include things like: Priority, Change Frequency, Last Change etc?

Basically my site consists of a 1,000 pages; therefore it would be great if I could automatically update my site map instead of having to do this manually.

At present my site map is also in HTML i.e. domainname.xml.html
