Excel to TextBox

I have a excel file "c:\main.xls"

that have 4 sheet name as

sheet1 4columns
sheet2 3 columns
sheet3 5 columns


I want to Import sheet 3 data into Multiline textboxes (text1,text1,text3)

How to do coding for this... ?
