I think this is very impressive and a very good idea... it could really take off.

It would be really cool if it shattered into a thousand projectiles INSIDE your housing, after you've nestled it among your expensive gear.
i have a case fan that runs at 6000 rpm. It's about that loud. i could blow people's hair around with it from across the room. Originally came on an aftermarket cpu cooler "volcano 7". And it will take off as well. Plus it was noted in the packaging that some motherboards wouldn't be able to power it and it came with an adapter and 3-speed switch. My current board has acpi and variable fan speeds so it never spins up to full speed. It vents my case through my 2nd external power supply.
