Re: [NOT POSSIBLE] Contrast Level
Try looking at the example at this link. Scroll towards bottom for the color adjustment example. Maybe this will work for you?
Re: [NOT POSSIBLE] Contrast Level
THE link is not working, it says its not allowed :(
Re: [SLIGHTLY POSSIBLE] Contrast Level
Here is the link for the zip. I can access it without any problems.

Re: [SLIGHTLY POSSIBLE] Contrast Level
Maybe someone else can try the link. I click on it and no problems.
Try going to the site this way.
1. Here is the main page
2. Click on the Files link
3. Click on the "demo applications + source code" link
Now scroll down towards bottom to find the sample project.
If you can't get to the main page, then something is blocking you, and/or preventing access.

I've never attempted to tweak a monitor's contrast level. Afterall, I'm very color-blind and would probably make normal color-visioned people scream in pain ;)
I have not played with that project I pointed you too. I just remembered seeing it years & years ago when you were asking for something. I just suggest you read up on the APIs on MSDN and try to understand what is happening and why it is happening.
