When someone else install my program on another computer, how do i get a professionel setup with terms and so on??
What do you mean by terms? License agreement? If so, it would vary depending on what installer you are using. I would think most, if not all, would have an option for displaying a license text that must be agreed to before installing.

If it's not a spammer as you say, then why, in a different thread, were you asking how to distribute spammer.exe? hmmm? Here are some terms for your program...
1. Its amazing that there is any spam or hacking in the world because whenever anyone asks for help writing their program called "spammer", "spambot", "Keylogger" etc it turns out its "just to play a joke on my mates".
