First hit on google sends me to this site which says it includes that file in a vb6 demo project (SCANNER, Digital Camera Code Free EZTW32.DLL file is also included in the ZIP package).Quote:

you could do it two ways, put the EZTW32.DLL in the same file you have your program or you could put in the windows system32 folder. I have it in the same folder as my program so I can copy the complete folder. Try this link for more info on how the EZTW32.dll works
