Error: 713 Application-Defined or Object-Defined Error in Cr9 and vb6

hi guys i made a program using vb6 and with report using cr9. i made it as an .exe Then i made it as a package using easy installer. now when i'm going to install my program in another computer it gives me error "Error: 713 Application-Defined or Object-Defined Error" if i'm going to make a print... can you help me guyz? :) thanks and God bless

Did your installation package include all of the necessary dependency files for Crystal Reports?
