Linking VB to a database

Hi, Basically I am making an accounting program and I need help linking a form to a database. I have made a login screen where it pulls the information from a database (Username and Password) and that works perfectly. Now I just need to do the opposite thing, I need to make a "Create a User" screen that puts the information into the same Users table.

If anyone could possibly send me any help or the code on how to do this, it would be much appreciated ;) Im sure its an easy thing to do, Ive just never done it before. Thanks.

I'm using VB5 and need to login or connect to the database as another user other than the default "admin" so I can use MSAccess 2.0 to manage the data with a down and dirty form quickly. Cound you share the code that lets you login the database as "joe user".
