and with Atheist example of tcp server client i made an ssl server client
Now , my BIG problem is that i can;t understand how to make a .cer certificate to use it.
ANY IDEEA ?
i googled my a** to get something and nothing ....

I do not know alot about the actual certification process, but I believe you must aquire a certificate from VeriSign (I believe there are others aswell but I can only think of VeriSign at the moment).
It is not cheap, however.
