Operation must use an updateable query

Hello everybody,

I am using an ASP/Access application and its giving me following error when trying to save data.

-2147467259:Operation must use an updateable query

When I login with administrator account it works good but when I login with other accounts, its giving me this error. I searched a lot on the google, give IUSR full permission on database folder, confirmed that database is not Read-Only but still getting the error.

Any workaround?
