I use IE6 on my laptop! However, I use IE8 on my pc. :)
I prefer Chrome!!!
I use HttpWebRequest!
I use elinks.
I use Lynx.
wget ftw
In which case you get the best of both worlds, with Fx being clean AND standards compliant!!
Also, if you write fully standards compliant code, it will very likely look right in IE6 with no hacks.... just a hint...
Except for the css quirks that ie6 has which makes the fully w3c compliant page look like complete crap. ie7 is a little better at handling the w3c standards, but not by much. I'm not going to bother trying ie8.
I love firefox, it's lightweight and follows the standards very well. chrome is in 2nd, but with it's lack of JS supports... really makes it suck hard core
Sorry? I thought that was why Chrome was so special (because of it's speedy Javascript execution - the V8 engine). They even made a website made to show off their javascript engine on the same day that Microsoft released IE8.
Wossy is right, what better way to read a website than wget
I don't even use a browser. I personally visit the place of hosting, knock on the door, and demand for them to read me the website.
Until IE supports braille, I won't be using it...
This chart explains it all.
