They never mentioned in their online brochure that, in addition to the 8mbit service, the high uptime and the widespread availability, they would also disappear overnight without so much as a "toodlepip".
So my internet gets unplugged on a Monday afternoon without a solitary nanosecond's notice, and I'm measurably less than completely joyful about it.
The person responsible deserves unpleasantness.

I second to motion of locating said person, and executing actions of which will lower his moral proportional to the dissatisfaction displayed by Mr Wossy.
We shall also use our skills of persuasion to inform Mr Wossy that he probably should have used AOL as his internet service provider.
