Previewing and Tags...

I am about to preview a message, with tags specified...

How did you preview the tags? :confused:

I thought the update had a bug, whereby when your creating a new thread, add tags but preview before submitting it will 'forget' the tags used.

But it works :S

it seems only the thread starter can add tags. am i mistaken?
